The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Stargate Construction Ltd., Engr. Samson Ajayi, has lauded the Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, Honorable Kamorudeen Mudashiru, for his commendable performance in his first 100 days in office.
Ajayi’s commendation, was contained in a congratulatory message he personally signed on Tuesday, September 3, and made available to westernmirror.com.ng.
The renowned construction engineer described the Council boss as a young, energetic, visionary and pragmatic politician, who was well prepared for the demands of his office before setting out to contest the election.
He equally highlighted the chairman’s swift and effective action on key local issues such as security, primary education, improvement of small scale businesses and provision of soft loans to traders and artisans, and primary healthcare among others.
According to Ajayi, Kamarudeen’s administration has demonstrated a proactive approach in addressing security challenges, improving public services, and promoting community engagement among all critical stakeholders.
Ajayi maintained that under Kamarudeen’s leadership at the helms of affairs, Lagelu LG has witnessed significant progress within the first 100 days adding that such performance was a reassurance of what is to come.
Furthermore, Ajayi disclosed that notable achievements that have become visible in Lagelu LG since Kamarudeen’s assumption of office include the commencement of several local infrastructural projects, including road repairs and improvements in public sanitation facilities.
He also praised Kamarudeen’s leadership for its inclusivity and effectiveness especially in his approach to governance and grassroots development.
Ajayi specifically acknowledged the Chairman’s commitment to transparency and accountability, which he said has been crucial in gaining the trust and support of the local residents, assuring that he would continue to support him to attain more milestones.
“Hon. Kamarudeen has set a high standard for leadership at the grassroots, his ability to prioritize and implement impactful changes within a short period is impressive and serves as a model for other local governments.
“On this occasion of the commemoration of his first 100 days in office, I want to specially commend the Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, Hon. Kamarudeen Mudashiru, for doing a yeoman’s job.
