The Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, on Saturday paid an inspection visit to Rayfield Gardens City Estate, Alao Akala GRA in Wofun-Monatan area of Lagelu local government, Ibadan.
Governor Makinde equally commended the developer, Messrs Fendini Limited, for his hard work, creative approach to delivery and also expressed satisfaction over the pace of work in the estate.
He highlighted the State’s rapid growth and the need for more comfortable residential homes for residents and visitors while leveraging on Oyo State’s recorded success in its ongoing sustainable economic development agenda.
The governor posited that the Estate is strategically located, that when the Ibadan-Iwo Road, Kute-Jenriyin Road, and other ongoing road constructions are finished, it will boost trade, commerce and provide multiple access to the Estate.
Westernmirror.com.ng gathered that the estate, when completed will provide more than 300 residential units, a supermarket, hospital, schools, and other amenities, creating hundreds of jobs for entrepreneurs and youth.
The Chief Executive Officer of Fendini, Prince Laja Adeoye, who received and conducted the Governor and his entourage round the estate, emphasized the facility’s world-class features, including duplexes, maisonette, flats, apartments, paved road network and drainages, power installations, solar street lights, water supply, effective security system and more.
Prince Adeoye said, “The project, is being developed through a public-private partnership initiative, which aims to set the pace for excellence in Oyo State’s real estate development.”
While appreciating subscribers to the estate, now residents, the developer called on the public to take advantage of the ongoing ‘Build and Move in immediately’ offer, for more people to become home owners in the Estate.
According to him, his company remains committed to setting the pace for excellence in real estate development adding that it was for reason of excellence that his team now work round to deliver quality to its subscribers within stipulated period of time.
He maintained that the estate, built with solid infrastructures would be a reference point in the state’s real estate business was concerned,and in no distant time.
