The Executive Chairman of Oluyole Local Government, Engr. Akeem Olatunji, has expressed commiseration with the Senior Executive Assistant on General Administration to Oyo state governor, Chief Bayo Lawal, following the passing of his wife, Justice Beatrice Adesuwa Lawal (rtd.).

Olatunji described the deceased as a respected and well decorated jurist, known for her distinguished service and commitment to justice.

A condolence message by the Oluyole Council boss on Tuesday,October 29, also described Justice Lawal as a woman of integrity and a pride for women in the legal profession.

While consoling Chief Lawal and the deceased family, Olatunji noted that there was no better time to lose a loved one, and prayed God to grant them the fortitude to bear the pain of her passing.

“Her contributions to the judiciary and society at large will be remembered, “we mourn with Chief Lawal and the entire family during this difficult time.” Olatunji said.

Olatunji noted further that Justice Lawal’s career which spanned several decades was characterized by her role as a senior judge in the legal profession.

“I want to on behalf of my family and the good people of Oluyole commiserate with our father and leader, Chief Bayo Lawal, over the passing his beloved wife and respected jurist. It is my earnest prayer that God repose her soul and grant the family fortitude to bear the pain of her departure.” Olatunji added.
