The Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, and his wife today, paid a condolence visit to the former First Lady of the state, Dr. (Mrs.) Florence Ajimobi, following the tragic passing of her daughter, Bisola Kola-Daisi.

In a solemn and emotional gesture of support, the Speaker described the visit as a heartfelt expression of solidarity with the Ajimobi and Kola-Daisi families in their time of profound sorrow.

Ogundoyin confirmed the visit in a post on his official Facebook page on Wednesday, April 9.

In his words: “My wife and I had the solemn honor of visiting Dr. Mrs. Florence Ajimobi to offer our heartfelt condolences on the tragic loss of her beloved daughter, Bisola Kola-Daisi,” Rt. Hon. Ogundoyin said.

He added, “There are no words that can fully express the depth of sorrow that comes with such a loss. We shared in her grief, and our thoughts and prayers are with her, her family, and everyone who loved and cherished Bisola.”

The late Bisola Kola-Daisi, known for her quiet strength and gracious nature, was the first daughter of the late former governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, and Florence Ajimobi.

Her passing has sent shockwaves through the state, drawing widespread condolences from across the country.

“May God grant the entire Ajimobi and Kola-Daisi families the strength and courage to navigate through this difficult time,” Ogundoyin added. “Bisola’s memory will forever remain in our hearts, and we pray for eternal peace for her soul,” Ogundoyin concluded.
