An Abuja-based media expert and House of Representatives aspirant, Taiwo Ajayi, has described a prominent legal practitioner and ally of Oyo State Governor, Barrister Adeniyi Farinto, as a trusted and dependable political leader worthy of emulation.
This was as Ajayi stated that Farinto has earned his place in the league of best legal practitioners Oyo state has ever produced.
According to Ajayi, Farinto was not only instrumental to the enthronement of the present administration in Oyo state but also served meritoriously as the Honorable Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning under who’s leadership.
Ajayi stated that Farinto’s role as key member of Governor Seyi Makinde’s legal team, who defended the 2019 mandate from the election Tribunal to the Supreme Court and won, was a testament to his high profile among Oyo’s best legal experts.
He added that Farinto laid the foundation for entrenched fiscal discipline, budgetary transparency and accountability which tremendously improved the state’s internally generated revenue.
Ajayi, who hails from Itesiwaju Local Government Area of Oke-ogun geopolitical zone of the state further described Farinto as a distinguished legal mind whose contributions to the legal profession and political development in Oyo State as selfless and exemplary.
