The Chairman of Oluyole Local Government Area of Oyo State, Engr. Akeem Olatunji, has lauded the legislative accomplishments of the member representing Ibadan North East/Ibadan South East Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Abass Adigun Agboworin, on the occasion of his birthday.
Olatunji, in a congratulatory message on Sunday, described Agboworin as an outstanding lawmaker whose impactful representation and commitment to grassroots development have continued to earn him the admiration of constituents and political stakeholders across Oyo State.
The Oluyole council boss noted that Agboworin’s two-term tenure in the Green Chamber has been characterized by people-oriented projects, empowerment programmes, constituency interventions, and legislative initiatives that have directly and positively affected the lives of residents within Ibadan North East and Ibadan South East local government areas.
According to him, the federal lawmaker has demonstrated uncommon dedication to public service by consistently attracting developmental projects and opportunities to his constituency while maintaining close contact with the people he represents.
He described such traits and leadership as the hallmarks of every true disciple of the Seyi Makinde political school of thought where he said, all political aspirations must be grounded in dedication and selfless service to the people.

“Your remarkable performance as a two-term member of the House of Representatives is a testament to your passion for service, hard work, and dedication to the progress of your constituency and Oyo State at large,” Olatunji stated.
The council chairman further commended Agboworin for promoting unity and collaboration among political leaders and stakeholders in his constituency, describing him as a bridge-builder whose leadership style continues to promote peace and grassroots development.
He expressed confidence that the lawmaker would continue to contribute meaningfully to nation-building and democratic governance, while wishing him many more years of good health, wisdom, and greater accomplishments.
